Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on any order once it has been placed.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

Partial COD is applicable to selected orders, products, locations, or order values at the discretion of aarka. Where Partial COD is offered, the customer will be required to pay a specified portion of the total order value upfront, with the remaining balance payable at the time of delivery.

The exact amount payable in advance will be displayed at the time of placing the order.

Upon successful delivery of the order, the customer is required to pay the remaining balance amount to the shipping partner/courier at the time of delivery. Once the full order amount has been received, the order will be considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.

After successful delivery, no refund will be issued for change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason unless the order qualifies for a refund or exchange under our Damaged/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products policy. Where an issue is verified and approved by our Quality Check team, the applicable resolution will be provided in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please note that the advance amount paid towards a Partial COD order is non-refundable if the order is cancelled, refused, or remains undelivered due to the customer's inability or unwillingness to accept the package at the time of delivery.

If the customer refuses the order or the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the Partial COD advance payment will not be refunded.

By placing a Partial COD order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Made-to-Order Pieces

All Made-to-Order pieces are specially crafted for you and are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Made-to-Order pieces are created specifically upon receiving your order and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, change in preference, or any other reason.

Please note that the production process for Made-to-Order pieces cannot be accelerated. The stated production timeline applies to all Made-to-Order orders, and we are unable to accommodate requests for expedited production.

Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order is placed, it takes a tentative 12–15 business days for the package to be dispatched from our side, in addition to the shipping time required for it to reach the recipient's address.

If you'd like to have your order dispatched sooner, please email us at aarkabyaarushi@gmail.com, and we'll try our best to accommodate your request, where possible and applicable. Please note that this does not apply to accelerating the production of Made-to-Order pieces.

For all deliveries within India, we offer shipping at a standard nominal fee.

For deliveries outside India, shipping charges apply. Customs duties, import taxes, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. The applicable amount depends on the policies and regulations of the destination country.
